Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, he offers guidance, counseling, ongoing monitoring, and disciplined financial advice. He also specializes in qualified retirement planning, assisting business owners with the implementation and ongoing management of retirement plans while educating employees on the benefits available to them.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Washington Nationals and Capitals, and staying active through tennis, golf, and pickleball. He resides in Salisbury with his wife, Bethany, and their son, Lucas.
