In addition to his work with individual clients, Colton has developed a specialization in qualified retirement plan consulting. He partners with business owners to establish and maintain retirement plans while helping employees understand and maximize the value of these important workplace benefits. His ability to combine technical expertise with a client-centered approach has made him a trusted advisor to those he serves.

Outside of work, Colton enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching sports. He lives in Salisbury with his wife, Taylor, and their two corgis.
